Las Vegas (KLAS) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say a pedestrian was hit by a car in the East Valley on Sunday afternoon.
Police responded that they had crashed around 3 pm at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Honolulu Street, west of Route 95.
Police say a pedestrian was attacked by a red Ford sedan and transferred to UMC trauma with an unknown injury.
The driver was also slightly injured and taken to the hospital. Police still do not know if impairment was the cause of this crash.
According to police, traffic east of Charleston in Honolulu has been closed. The driver is asked to avoid the area.
