Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – The Pink Warrior House Foundation, which provides a community to support individuals and their caregivers fighting breast cancer, offers support groups, art therapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness classes and more.
All services are available free of charge to anyone with breast cancer. Allison Hendrix, founder of the Pink Warrior House Foundation-Smith and Macy’s personal stylist Dara Romero discuss what the organization and Macy’s are doing to provide support.
Starting this weekend, the community will be able to attend the Pink Warrior House party from Macy’s. Participants will have the opportunity to wear bras, learn about the latest beauty and fashion trends, buy raffle tickets worth $ 800 in gift packs, and access discounts for friends and family.
The event will begin on Thursday, October 28, for survivors only, but the party will continue on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the entire community. Registration is required for the event.
