West Mifflin (KDKA) — The Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival is reopening after being canceled due to a COVID-19 pandemic last year and will be held in September this fall.
According to KDKA’s news partner at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, The festival will return to Kennywood Park on September 26th.
Attractions from Jack Rabbit, Racer, Turtle, Merry-Go-Round, Thunderbolt and Noah’s Ark have appeared at the festival, with access to park parking and these rides included in the admission fee.
Food and drinks at the event can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis, similar to games in the park.
Early bird tickets for the event can be purchased online for $ 23.99 for children 13 and older and $ 9.99 for children ages 3-12. Free for children under 2 years old.
Starting July 15th, tickets will be priced at $ 26.99 and $ 12.99.
