According to a statement, a Pittsburgh police detective sought public help to find a 29-year-old man who was missing and “believed to be in imminent danger.” Announced by the Pittsburgh Public Security Agency, Horner is described as 5 feet high, 6 inches high, 140 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes.
