Sabi Prosecutor Says Gun Enhancements Are Wrong

New Mexico prosecutors have admitted that Alec Baldwin was wrongfully charged with an additional fine that carries a possible five-year prison sentence, the movie star’s attorney filed in court this week.

Prosecutors did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
