Police: 3 young men held at gunpoint, 4 robbers on the run | News – Atlanta, Georgia

Atlanta (CBS46) –Police are looking for four suspected robbers after three young men have been struck by guns.

Atlanta police answered the phone on Saturday near 4:07 am on 112 Courtland Street Northeast.

Preliminary research suggests that the victim intended to drink soda when the suspect approached near 1492 Peedmont Avenue northeast.

The victim told police that one of the suspects tried to steal his diamond chain necklace, but left a scratch on his neck. The victim’s necklace was broken, but he was able to get it back.

Victims were advised to go to RaceTrac on Piedmont Avenue and call 911.

The young man left RaceTrac and at some point approached the suspect on a parking deck on Cortland Avenue and was tracked a second time.

According to the investigation, the suspects approached the victim from behind, pointed at two guns and demanded their belongings.

The robber stole shoes, wallets, keys, iPhone X, bracelets and diamond necklaces.

The victim described one of the suspects as a black man wearing a white ski mask.

One suspect explained that he wore a blue hoodie and white trousers.

Finally, another suspect allegedly a Hispanic man in a white T-shirt.

Another suspect was dressed in black.

The robber was driving a golden sedan car.
