Boston (WHDH)-A man was arrested in Boston after police said he had stabbed a person for refusing to donate $ 20 on Friday.
Police said police responded to a call to stab Blue Hill Avenue just before 3 pm and found a victim suffering from an apparently stabbed wound.
Victims were taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Witnesses on the scene told police that a suspect identified as Mattapan’s 18-year-old Davon Hussey had entered the store and demanded him $ 20. Then he turned to the victim who refused again.
According to police, Hassy reached over the counter and stabbed the victim with a utility knife. According to police, he was found within two hours and arrested after a brief struggle.
According to police, Hassy has been charged with attempting crimes such as armed robbery, assault, and assault with dangerous weapons (knives). He will be arraigned by the Dorchester District Court.
