Police had to use a taser to stop the man they said were trying to escape a capsizing accident in Lucerne Township, Fayette County. State police released a report on Tuesday about the accident that occurred shortly before 5 am on April 22. Police said Dilliner Timothy Danko, 53, was about to leave the crash and paramedics tried to stop him several times. Police said Danko later resisted the arrest and Taser resisted the arrest. Danko was arrested on the DUI for resisting violations such as arrest. Police said they are currently undergoing federal prosecution for the transportation of stolen weapons and will go to a preliminary hearing on June 15.

Police had to use a taser gun to stop the man they said were trying to escape a rollover accident at Luzan Township in Fayette County.

State police released a report on Tuesday about the accident that occurred shortly before 5 am on April 22.

Investigators said the crash occurred in the areas of East Riverside Road and Zubax Road.

According to police, Dilliner Timothy Danko, 53, tried to leave the crash and paramedics tried to stop him several times.

Police said Danko later resisted the arrest and had to detain him using a taser.

Danko was arrested for drunk driving and resisted arrests and other breaches.

Police also said he is currently undergoing federal probation for the transportation of stolen weapons.

He will face a preliminary hearing on June 15.
