Police: Detective looking for suspect’s car, body found in a hit-and-run alley – Las Vegas, Nevada

Las Vegas (KLAS) — Police say a man was hit by a car in an alley near Las Vegas Boulevard and Bonanza Road on Friday night.

Metropolis received a phone call for a corpse found in the back alley of 724 N.9th Street shortly before 10 pm on October 16.

According to police, the man was probably asleep when a stranger car was driving south in the alley and driving over him.

He was declared dead on the scene.

Detectives need civilian assistance to identify the two vehicles that were driving in the alley just before the pedestrian’s body was discovered.

The first vehicle is described as a Ford Explorer or Expedition in the late 90’s and early 2000’s pulling a small utility trailer full of scrap items.

The second vehicle is described as a dark-colored pickup truck of the unknown year.
