Pittsburgh police are investigating a shooting at Homewood on Saturday afternoon. Officers responded to Frankstown Avenue on 7100 blocks near North Homewood Avenue shortly after 12:30 pm in response to a shotspotter warning. Police officers found two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds on the scene. Police say police officers applied tourniquets to stop bleeding. Victims were transported by EMS in a stable condition. Frankstown Avenue was not open to the public during the police investigation, but has since been reopened. The investigation is ongoing.
