On September 5, police said one man had entered Liz’s convenience store and pointed his gun at another man’s face. In the in-store surveillance video, the shooter pushes the victim against the counter, removes the victim’s gun from him, and whips the man with a pistol before leaving the store.

“It’s the point of the victims with weapons, the rather dangerous behavior on the part of the suspect is for self-defense,” said Justin Ritter, a lieutenant in the Tulsa police robbery unit.

At least two clerk and one girl were nearby at the time of the robbery and assault.

“It’s a very dangerous situation for everyone, so I want you to identify this guy,” Ritter said.
