Manchester, Missouri (KMOV.com)-A 73-year-old man has been charged with overrunning another man in a road anger act in a parking lot at Parkway South High School.

Ballwin’s Michael Gallagher, 73, has been charged with one assault, two robbers, and armed criminal activity. The incident began on Manchester Road and ended at the Parkway South parking lot. Authorities claim that Gallagher has repeatedly attacked a 72-year-old victim. According to police, surveillance videos show that the victim’s wife and a student at Parkway South boarded between Gallagher’s car and the victim, preventing Gallagher from running over him again.

Victims are expected to survive. Gallagher is detained without being detained in St. Louis County Prison.
