(WSPA) – BMW Charity Pro-Am is in full swing, with not only local professionals but also prominent former professional athletes, actors and comedians discussing the opening round with 7NEWS.
Ken Griffey Jr., Larry the Cable Guy and Anthony Anderson have returned to the tournament, with former NFL receiver Larry Fitzgerald joining for the first time.
Among competing pros, Chapman High School and Clemson’s Alum Jacob Bridgeman finished their first round at Thornblade with three unders. Former Tiger and Carson Young from Anderson finished with a four-under at the Carolina Country Club. After the tournament started well, the two expressed their thoughts.
Texas-born Zack Fisher (-8) was the leader of the first day, leading Friday’s second round by one stroke.
