“When cleaning everything, make sure all staff adhere to the right protocols for outdoor dining and guesting,” said Gabriella Urbina of Broderick Roadhouse in Sakuramento. Stated.
After riding a roller coaster, which is a local health command, they are cautiously optimistic.
“We are doing our best to comply with all orders, which is becoming difficult for all our staff,” Urbina said.
Some restaurant employees in Sacramento were forced to take a second job to supplement their vacation.
“Most of our server revenue is chip-based to make up for the revenue we’ve lost in the last six to eight weeks,” said Jennifer Saelee, an employee of O-Toro Sushi.
She says she can’t wait for the hint at that first table.
“It will feel really great in my pocket and my bank account,” Saelee said.

The neighboring Yolo County is also ready to reopen, and students at the University of California, Davis are excited to see the hangouts at these universities restored and operational.
“I can actually socialize instead of sending them a text message, it’s better to look at them directly,” said Guillermo Munoz.
Both Yolo and Sacramento counties will be in the purple layer from Wednesday. For counties to move to Red Tier and further relax restrictions, the county must meet Red Tier criteria for two consecutive weeks.
