Jackson County, Georgia (CBS46)-A supplier of automotive battery module electronics will open its first US manufacturing facility in Georgia.

According to Governor Brian Kemp, Dayan will invest $ 10 million to open a manufacturing plant in Jackson County, creating an estimated 285 jobs in the process.

The new 230,000-square-foot facility is located on 984 Broadway Avenue in Brazellton.

The company is considering adopting several positions such as production, maintenance, logistics and warehousing.
