From raw material selection to application-optimized recycling, Sandler’s high-performance, high-quality non-woven fabrics pave the way for environmentally friendly product solutions. Blue fiber woven fabrics design living and working spaces, allowing for intensive work, facilitating the concept of individual rooms and conserving resources. The company said in a press release that more than 100% is a single polymer, mostly made from used fiber and fully recyclable at the end of its life.
Sandra of Germany will be exhibiting sustainable non-woven fabrics at Techtextil 2022 in Hall 12.1, at booth D50 in Frankfurt. The focus is on innovation and initiatives aimed at working closely with partners to implement performance and sustainability throughout the product lifecycle and beyond. Sandler develops and manufactures non-woven roll products.
Fast Forward Fabric is a symbiosis of maximum performance and resource savings. These are textile materials for highly stable and complex component geometries, specific material configurations for vehicle acoustics optimized for the interior and perimeter. The open pore structure is a combination of noise attenuation and thermal management. Fast Forward Fabric is made of 100% polyester and up to 80% recycled fiber, creating a closed material cycle.
Sandler is further expanding its sustainability campaign #sandlerpuzzle. The initiative “Exceeding Circular Limits” is the next step in creating a closed cycle. Sandler and National Sweden AB have integrated the latest concept for recycling processing debris. The result is raw materials for the production of new products. Partnerships and commitments create a completely closed material cycle. That is, reduce waste and reduce the use of unused resources.
