Wichita, Kansas (KSNW) — The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office states that Wichita police have arrested one of their detention agents again.
According to the sheriff’s office, police arrested Arleon White Sunday on suspicion of a misdemeanor domestic violence battery and battery. White was released on Bond.
The sheriff’s office says police arrested him again hours later on suspicion of violating protection from abuse orders.
White was also arrested and charged after the incident in late August. He was charged with a chaotic act of misdemeanor, and the sheriff’s office placed him on a limited duty until the results of the investigation were available.
With two new arrests, he was suspended unpaid until all criminal and internal investigations were completed.
White has been in the sheriff’s office for over six months.
