A representative of Kern County Security Officer assigned to the Ridgecrest and Kern Valley substations suspected two pounds of methanefetamin on November 23, while issuing an investigation warrant on 1400 blocks on Highway 14 in Inyokern. According to a KCSO news release issued on Monday, the agent also reported that he had found two pistols and ammunition during the search for the dwelling.

As a result of their investigation, the agent was in possession of drugs for sale, possession of armed controlled substances, and known felony. He was imprisoned in Kern County Jail.

Timothy Kowalski, 57, whose place of residence is not listed, was arrested on an unrelated felony warrant from Inyo County, according to his agent. Kowalski was booked in Inyo County Jail for his aggressive warrant.
