Silver Knights didn’t reach Bakersfield Condors during overtime to chase the series 1-0 at T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday night.

Bakersfield started scoring midway through the first period on the high glove side, a well-placed shot from Adam Kraknell to give Condor a 1-0 lead. Despite the pace gaining in the second period, the team skated in the scoreless second period. Seven minutes after the second period, Silver Knights took advantage of the defensive zone turnover. Ben Jones made a silky move, beating Stuart Skinner in five holes and drawing the game one-on-one. Two minutes later, Bakersfield responded with his own goal of regaining Seth Griffith’s 2-1 lead. Later in the period, Silver Knights tied it 2-2 with a highlight reel goal. The beautiful path between Daniel Milomanov and Maxim Marshev led to Pavel Drofeev’s tap-in goal. Bakersfield finished the game from Adam Cracner’s stick in overtime and won 3-2.

Silver Knights will face Bakersfield Condors at 7 pm PT at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday night. Fans can watch the game on AHLTV and listen to it on 1230 The Game.
