Oconee County, South Carolina (WSPA)-The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office and Climb Stopper are working together to find six missing persons throughout the county.
Helen Westmoreland, Director of Climb Stopper Community Outreach at O’Connie, said:
One dates back to February 2021 and the other dates back to 1987.
But no matter how long ago they went missing, law enforcement agencies, climb stoppers, and families are still searching.
These six people will see their photos and the date they were last seen on a rotating sign.
Westmoreland said, “When putting these signs there for recent victims, it was very important to put the previous ones there as well.
I hope you can see their faces. It helps to clarify what happened.
“For families and law enforcement communities trying to find these individuals,” Westmoreland said.
A criminal who tells you to come forward, whatever the hint.
Westmoreland said, “It may be small. You may think this is not a problem, but it may be important for law enforcement. There is one missing piece to rest this. It may be necessary. “
Crimestoppers says it will offer a $ 1,000 reward for recovery tips. If that hint leads to an arrest, more money is also on the table.
If you have any hints, you will be asked to contact the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office or Climb Stopper (1-888-CRIME-SC).
