Charleston, South Carolina (WCBD) — South Carolina Law Enforcement Agents are investigating a deadly agent shooting in the West Ashley area of ​​Charleston on Saturday morning.

Charleston County Sheriff’s agent reportedly responded to multiple firing calls fired at 2500 blocks on Mona Avenue in the Springfield district at around 7:30 am.

Some witnesses in the neighborhood said their homes and cars were shot.

The sheriff’s office said the adjutant’s patrol car had hit a bullet, and that the adjutant hid himself and turned the fire back and beat the suspect. The man later died in a local hospital.
