Snapchat CEO Repays Student Loan Debt for 285 Students – Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky

Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky 2022-05-17 12:56:30 –

Thanks to Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, nearly 300 graduates walked the stage without debt.

He and his wife Miranda Kerr have announced that they will turn off student loans to new graduates of the Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles.

Otis College, a non-profit organization, said the donation “is the largest single gift in Otis College’s history and will reduce the debt of emerging artists and designers and their families’ students.”

The largest thing I’ve ever received before the Spiegel and Kerr donations was $ 10 million.

According to Otis College leaders, this gift is accredited through the school’s financial assistance office.

Spiegel attended Otis College before enrolling at Stanford University.

Snapchat, who became the world’s youngest billionaire in 2015, said Otis College changed his life.
