Some residents of Ross Township, Allegheny County, are still out of power on Tuesday after a heavy storm on Sunday. See the full report on the video player above. Approximately 15-20 homes near the intersection of Harden Drive and Sher’s Lane are not yet powered. Residents said it was a full day since Duquene Wright restored power to all the surrounding homes. One resident said he had to throw away more than $ 500 in food and was unemployed. A Duquesne Light spokesman said he was aware of the existing power outage and hoped that most homes in the area would be restored by 9 pm on Tuesday.
