Sonora Man, 81, Dies After ATV Accident On His Property – CBS Sacramento – Sacramento, California

Sonora (CBS13) — Officials say the ATV rider was killed after the crash in Sonora on Tuesday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, after 2:00 pm, an 81-year-old Sonora man was riding an ATV on his property. While climbing the hill, the ATV seems to have stalled and started rolling backwards.

The man tried to turn the ATV, but was soon kicked out and hit a tree.

Police say the ATV also rolled over and eventually landed on the man.
The doctor responded to the scene, but he was soon declared dead, officials say. His name has not been announced at this time.
