Columbia, South Carolina (AP) — A company donates up to 1,000 doorbell cameras to an organization in South Carolina that helps victims of domestic violence.

The South Carolina Union against domestic violence and sexual assault provides cameras donated by the Ring to 12 local organizations throughout the state. WLTX-TV has been reported.

“I think we know that with tools like rings, survivors can be a little more comfortable in the house and control who is outside the door and who enters their space,” Hive said. Chio Nuñez of the community circle said. A group that supports victims of sexual trauma and dating violence.

Ring, along with the camera, donated $ 20,000 to a state organization as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
