Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man with a history of causing trouble in the South Valley neighborhood is back. This time, it is alleged that he broke his neighbor’s window during probation.

Anthony Carter is no stranger to the Bernario County Sheriff’s Office. BCSO has arrested Carter 11 times on KRQE and his neighbor wants to stop the cycle.

Carter was charged with criminal damage to property this week. Neighbors reported that Carter broke the window next to the house and threw a rock.
