Spartanburg, South Carolina (WSPA) – A man in Spartanberg was sentenced to 32 years in prison for shooting his wife in 2018.
Adrian D. McClintock, 44, pleaded guilty to murder and possession of weapons during a violent crime, according to the Solicitors Office in Spartanberg County.
Reported earlier McClintock shot and killed 37-year-old Temisha Collier at the couple’s Tamaraway home on June 26, 2018.
A sheriff’s agent discovered that Collier’s body was on the front door of the house, with six gunshot wounds, primarily on her back. Collier seemed to have been shot while trying to escape the discussion with McClintock.
Witnesses nominated McClintock as a shooter and said he had fled the area at the Chevrolet Camaro.
The law firm said McClintock was on the run Police arrested him in April 2019, almost a year before Baltimore, Maryland.
McClintock will serve his imprisonment every day before qualifying for release.
