Boston, Massachusetts 2021-02-26 06:50:58 –

Fenway Park is one of the sports venues scheduled to be open to the public by the end of March, so Red Sox fans can now buy tickets to attend the opening day of April 1.

Governor Charlie Baker announced Thursday that he hopes the state will move to the first steps of Phase 4, which begins on March 22nd. This will allow indoor and outdoor stadiums, arenas and stadiums to be reopened.

Bruins will be the first to bring fans from March 23rd. The Celtics will see fans from March 29th.

However, the maximum capacity is 12%. This is estimated to be 4,500 at Fenway Park, 7,900 at Gillette Stadium and 2,350 at TD Garden.

Governor Charlie Baker announces on Thursday that a large venue, including the stadium, will open from March 22nd.

Fenway Park is currently operating as a COVID-19 mass vaccination clinic, and it is unclear if it will continue to operate as one at the start of the baseball season.

Both are run by CICHealth and are working with states and venues to “alleviate confusion.”
