Stapleton air traffic control tower that housed Punch Bowl Social sold – Denver, Colorado

Denver, Colorado 2021-11-24 09:23:14 –

The former air traffic control tower at the former Stapleton International Airport, home of Punch Bowl Social, has been sold.

According to public records, Ctrl Tower LLC was last week at 3120 N. Uinta St in Denver. I bought a building in. For $ 8 million.

According to the transaction-related loan paperwork, Vishan Rajkumar Patidar is the manager of the purchasing entity. His LinkedIn profile includes his title as Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Denver Public School.

Patidar did not respond to a request for comment on Monday.

Mounted on a three-story building, the 164-foot tower is one of the most notable signs of the past in the Central Park area, built on the grounds of Stapleton International Airport. The airport was replaced by Denver International Airport in 1995.

Located on two acres of land, the building was sold by 30 West Pershing LLC, an entity affiliated with the Kansas City-based EPR Property. Records show that it was purchased in May 2016 for $ 1.33 million.

Punch Bowl Social — a Denver-based chain that combines bars and restaurants with entertainment options such as bowling and arcade games — opened in 2017 on part of the building. I didn’t use the tower itself. When the pandemic occurred, the place was closed.
