Virginia Beach, Virginia (WAVY) — After being delayed due to a coronavirus pandemic, a state committee is currently being formed to investigate the May 2019 mass shootings at Virginia Beach.

Officials told 10 On Your Side that seven of the 20 members were appointed.

They include Virginia Beach Sheriff Ken Stoll, former Delgerourd Jones, and former Virginia Beach Deputy Police Chief John Bell.
