The search for the missing Baton Rouge toddler, believed to be in “imminent danger,” was expanded throughout the state late Friday.

According to Louisiana police, 2-year-old Nebea Allen was last seen around 1 pm after her stepfather took a nap at a house near Berea.

When her brother returned from school a few hours later, police said the apartment door was open and Nebea was gone.

“She is believed to be in imminent danger,” LSP said.

Neveah is described as a black woman with black hair and brown eyes. She is about 33 inches tall and weighs about 30 pounds.

Police said the girl was last seen wearing a yellow dress with pineapple, without shoes.

Police urge anyone who knows the girl’s whereabouts to call the Baton Rouge Police Station (225) 389-2000 or 911.
