Stockton (CBS13) — Stockton’s non-profit organization announced that it will close after its founder was arrested last month.
Samineness is Stockton’s prominent civilian leader and founder of San Joaquin’s father and family. The organization, which has existed for nearly 20 years, has recently helped families with the funeral expenses of their loved ones who died of COVID-19.
