Combine all the best pieces of pies, cheesecake and strawberries to make a creamy and fresh dessert.

Strawberry cream cheese pie recipe

Pie ingredients

  • Removed 3 cups, fresh strawberries, rinse and tops
  • 2 package cream cheese, soft
  • 1 unfolded pie crust
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream or half and half
  • 1 cup of strawberry glaze (see below)

Strawberry glaze

  • 10 big strawberries, puree (I want a cup of puree when finished)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup of water

Rinse about 3 cups of fresh strawberries. Cut out the lush top and set it aside.

For the crust, spread the ready-made pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie crust. Push it under the excess fabric to thicken the edges and then crimp into a clean pattern. Make holes in the bottom and sides with a fork. Bake at 350 ° C until golden and allow to cool.

For cheese stuffing, put softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, half and half, or cream in a bowl. Use a blender to whisk the ingredients together until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the cooked puff pastry.

Next is strawberry glaze! Use a food processor or blender to puree about 10 large strawberries. You want to end up with a cup of strawberry puree.

Mix sugar and cornstarch in a pan. Add water and strawberry puree and stir. Bring to a boil, and when thick (about 3 minutes), remove the glaze from the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
