Pueblo, Colorado — Pueblo Friends on the Arkansas River invites everyone to celebrate the summer solstice on Saturday, June 18th with a free outdoor event all day long.
The event will take place on both sides of Pueblo’s first suspension bridge over the Arkansas River.
The fun begins at 8am with a walking / fun run hosted by the South Colorado Runners Club. Early risers can also visit the embankment muralist. From 10th to 4th, there are various vendor booths for artists, all-day music, local food trucks, family activities and more. The evening community lantern parade concludes the celebration.

Parking is located on 1000 W. 6th Street in the Midtown Shopping Center and includes shuttle service to the trails. There is also a parking lot on the business lot on the outskirts of W. Corona Street.
