Legislators then arrested Eddie Albizures in Hillsboro after finding him in the areas of Southwest 187th Avenue and Southwest Television Highway. A loaded firearm was found in his possession and is believed to be the weapon involved in the shooting. Investigation is ongoing.

According to the WCSO, Alvizures was imprisoned in Washington County Jail for illegal use of weapons, use of weapons, possession of felony firearms, and reckless danger.

He has been detained without bail.
