Officers confirm that the two girls were in Mississippi late Monday night. Sergio Hernandez was arrested in Crystal Springs. Officials say the girls turned out to be “safe and healthy.” They say Hernandez is the father of the youngest girl. Hernandez is returned to Mandeville and booked at St. Tammany Parish Prison.
