Nashville, Tennessee (WTVF) — A man who was wanted in a shooting in Garch’s Bar Louis surrendered to police on Tuesday night.
According to Metro Nashville police, 26-year-old Berwyn Freeman Jr. surrendered in a downtown detention center and was detained without being detained for murder.

Freeman Jr. shot dead 30-year-old Timothy Fields outside the bar and restaurant on the 11th, police said.Th South Avenue.
According to a MNPD press release, Fields came from the bar to get a cigarette when he had a short quarrel with a man (allegedly Freeman) standing next to the dark-colored Nissan Altima. Immediately after Fields was shot, the criminal boarded Ultima and fled. Fields was taken to the hospital by emergency, but died.
An arrest warrant was issued on Monday to prosecute Freeman for murder.
