ST. Peters, Missouri (KMOV.com)-A man accused of shooting a police officer in St. Peters on Thursday afternoon was confirmed dead after a police officer shot him in Lincoln County.





A man, later identified as Joe Robido, 21, in Troy, Missouri, legged a 41-year-old police officer during a traffic outage at 3000 blocks on Midrivers Mall Drive near 5:40 pm, officials said. I shot with. Walmart Neighborhood Market. Robido then left the area and police officers were taken to the hospital and later released. His injury was not life-threatening.

The Missouri Highway Patrol issued a blue warning after the shooting that soldiers were looking for a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer with the Missouri license plate 5SAY50. A blue warning will be issued to identify the suspect who has killed or seriously injured a police officer.

Police officers at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office were told that Robido lived in southern Lincoln County. The policeman went home and he saw him in the car. The policeman tried to stop him, but he continued to drive and led the policeman to the 2600 block of Myers Road.
