According to federal documents, 53-year-old Robin Eugene Thomas lives in 1909 on 4th Street Northwest. It is located in a small business complex near McKnight and 4th.

Google Streetscape doesn’t name the business, but investigators say it’s where Thomas lives and there’s a small mechanic work area inside.
