The NFL’s great Tom Brady has finally offloaded his Massachusetts mansion. According to The Boston Globe, quarterbacks and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, have sold their luxury Brookline real estate.
This transaction appears to have been an off-market transaction and the price information for the transaction has not been disclosed. Sources told Globe that the property was offered for $ 32.5 million.
A bespoke 12,000-square-foot property on the outskirts of Boston first debuted in 2019 at $ 39.5 million and soon fell to $ 33.9 million.
The mansion, built in 2015, withdrew from the market in May, when luxury home sales stagnated due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, buyers emerged at the end of 2020.
In 2013, the couple got a five-acre prime plot for $ 4.5 million from a local underfunded Pine Manor College.
They used Landry Design Group architect Richard Landry to create East Coast real estate. Laundry has also worked on the couple’s Los Angeles mansion featured in the architectural digest.
The laundry design is adjacent to the 9th hole of the Brookline Country Club and offers peaceful views and ample privacy.
The five-bedroom main building has a dining room, living room, home office, chef’s eat-in kitchen, and family room. The grand staircase leads to the bedroom on the second floor.
Downstairs there is a recreation room, playroom, wine room, gym and spa.
The vast grounds include a “barn-style” guesthouse with a garden, pool, yoga studio, full bathroom and sleeping loft. The property has a garage for 3 cars, a carport and a circular drive with ample parking.
Brady’s mansion is right next to the luxury property of Reebok founder Paul Fireman, and was finally sold in 2020 after four years of market launch. The 27,000-square-foot mansion was priced at $ 90 million before it was finally sold for $ 23 million. Douglas Elliman’s George and Manny Sarkis represented firefighters.
The agent also sold seven adjacent acres of firefighters to developer C. Stumpo Development, who plans to build a luxury home on land for $ 18 million.
“After closing on both 150 Woodland Roads [the Fireman home] And with five adjacent parcels, we are very excited about the current and future Brookline market, “says Manny. “Buyer continues to move to the suburbs in search of more land and larger homes.”
The duo who install the jets received good news Christmas gifts after the sale of the Tribeca Loft was reported in 2020. They made a penthouse available for just under $ 40 million last November. If they get their asking price, they will walk with great profit.
The couple got the place in 2018 for $ 25.46 million. The 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath unit features a 1,900-square-foot terrace with views of the Hudson River. Building facilities include an 82-foot lap pool and a private drive-in entrance.
The couple still owns a lower floor unit in the same 14th floor building
New year, new home
Brady left Brookline after signing the Buccaneers. Since then, QB has taken root in South Florida. In October, Brady and Bundchen were reportedly touring the waterfront real estate of Clearwater.
Brady then traveled to other Florida coasts in December and reportedly bought a home known as the Millionaire Bunker on Indian Creek Island in Miami for $ 17 million.
The couple will demolish their current home on the land of Miami and build a new one. They are reportedly trying to emulate a LA home that was sold to Dr. Dre for $ 40 million in 2014. You may need the services of your favorite architect again.
