Tampa, FloridaWFLA) – Julie E. “Tawny” Kitaen, who starred in numerous Whitesnake videos in the 1980s, died at the age of 59.
Kitin died at her home in Newport Beach on Friday morning. Variety reported on Saturday, Quoted from the Coroner’s Office in Orange County, California. The cause of her death was not revealed.
Kitin was best known for portraying Tom Hanks’ girlfriend in the 1984 comedy Bachelor Party. She also starred in several music videos for 80’s rock band Whitesnake, including the 1987 smash “Here I Go Again.” Kitin married Whitesnake lead singer David Coverdale from 1989 to 1991.
Kitin married baseball player Chuck Finley. Cleveland Indians For three years in 1997, she had two daughters. They divorced in 2002.
After the divorce, Kitin starred in several reality shows, including “The Surreal Life,” “Botched,” and VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew,” which recorded the fight against substance abuse.
