A program that helps instructors identify leadership and use it effectively. Isolate educational issues. Develop improvement strategies to achieve professional growth. The deadline is February 10, 17 and 24.

Students in the Fall Semester 2020 class

The TABS process is a confidential tool for assessing the effectiveness of education.

  • The instructor will submit a request for the selected course.

  • Students share their views on performance, teaching skills and behavior.

  • A trained TABS consultant reviews and analyzes data from students.

  • Instructors meet with TABS consultants to achieve professional growth.

The Center for Faculty Excellence manages the TABS program during the 6th, 7th, and 8th weeks of the Spring 2021 semester (February 15-19 and 22-26, March 1-5).
