Nashville, Tennessee (WKRN) – A teenager has been charged after several people were shot dead at a motel in Nashville.
According to the arrest affidavit, metro police responded to Days in Onbrick Church Pike on June 5 at about 5 pm asking for reports of the shooting.
Metro police found four casualties — three of them suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was found in one of the motel’s parking lots or rooms. Police said the victims were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, two of whom were seriously injured.
18-year-old Brontes Smith is currently charged with shooting and killing one of his victims. Investigators said the victim was sitting in a car behind the driver when Smith appeared, grabbed his pocket and started shooting.
Police added that the incident was also recorded on the motel’s surveillance cameras.
Smith faces several crimes, including attempted murder, especially exacerbation of robbery and exacerbation of robbery. He remains in Metro Prison with a deposit of nearly $ 1 million.
