The 5th “Burke in the Park” event will be held at Kylie Sulliband Dog Park in Spring Lake Park from 9am to 2pm on Saturday, December 4th. Free rabies vaccination, city registration and more!

This Saturday, December 4, the Animal Care Service in Texarkana, Texas, is hosting bark in the park on Saturday. Rabies vaccination against dogs and cats will be provided free of charge at this community-wide event.

The event will take place from 9am to 2pm at the Pavilion near Kylie Sulliband Dog Park in Spring Lake Park.

In addition to free rabies vaccination, residents of Texarkana, Texas, have free access to the city’s pet registration.

A local veterinarian is also there to offer other vaccines and microchip services at a reasonable price.

All dogs need to be tied to a leash and all cats need to be in a carrier. A limited number of box carriers will be available.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the pet services available at Texarkana. Donations will be accepted to support future pet-oriented community activities.
