Raed Alabed Kattom, 40, has been charged with theft for felony and felony in Miller County. According to the affidavit of possible causes, Katom was driving a black Dodge caravan when he collided with a black GMC pickup near a 13-mile marker and could not stop.
Arkansas State Police Corporal William Davidson overtook and tracked the caravan in Miller County near the one-mile marker and found the caravan.
“The Black Caravan refused to stop and accelerated into Texas. Over the next few miles, the Black Caravan entered and exited traffic at high speeds ranging from 75 mph to 126 mph and used his shoulders to Cpl. Davidson, “said the swearing affidavit.
