For 7th and 8th grade staff and students, Monday, March 8th will be the first day of a new Arkansas Middle School class. The new school is located on 5443 Jefferson Avenue. Community members traveling in the area may be familiar with two-lane roads. But this week, the city is regaining Jefferson in front of a new school. New stripping includes the addition of turnaround lanes to facilitate traffic flow on arrival and dismissal. Bell’s schedule remains the same. Classes start and end at 8 am and 3:15 pm, respectively.
