At a conference called the Conference on Monday, July 12, 2021, the Texarkana Independent School District (TISD) Board announced Todd Marshall as the new director of CTE and STEM education for grades 2021-22.

Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of South Arkansas. In addition, he holds an education and principal qualification in Texas, a supervisor qualification in Texas and Arkansas, and a building-level manager qualification P-12 in Arkansas.

Marshall worked fully with TISD to begin his career as a teacher and coach and student service specialist at Texas High School from 2006 to 2010. After that, from 2010 to 2015, I became an assistant vice-principal of Morris Elementary School.

From 2015 to 2018, Marshall became Principal of Atlanta Elementary School in Atlanta, Texas. From 2018 to the present, he was an assistant vice-principal and principal of Pleasant Grove High School.
