Buffalo Bills requires fans to be vaccinated to participate in home games.

The announcement was made following the season opener in front of a sold-out spectator at Highmark Stadium.

The team is giving fans time to get a full vaccination.

In the next two home games, fans only have to prove that they have received at least one shot.

After October 31st, fans will need to be fully vaccinated. This means that you need to get the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine twice, or the Johnson & Johnson vaccine once.

Proving that the COVID-19 test is negative is no exception.

Children under the age of 12 can continue to participate in the game, but must always wear a mask. Adults do not need to wear a mask.

The Las Vegas Raiders are the only other NFL that requires fans to certify vaccinations to participate in home games.
