We are criminologists studying the life history of public mass murderers in the United States.As part of that research, we Comprehensive database (Opens in a new tab) The result of a large amount of public shooting using public data. The shooter is coded in over 200 different variables, such as location and race profile. For the purposes of our database, mass shootings have killed four or more victims in public places and in at least one of the murders unrelated to underlying criminal activity such as gangs and drugs.
