‘Together for Education’ Walkathon in Robstown raises teacher grants – Riverside, California

The Robstown ISD Education Foundation hosts the “Together for Education” walkason on Friday to raise teacher grants and support innovative education in the classroom.

The event will be attended by students, faculty, community members and city organizations, including Robstown Early College High School and Cotton Picker Stadium.

The organizers hope that this event will be held annually.

Robstown ISD Education Foundation will hold its first event "Together for education" Walkerson Friday, May 28, 2021.

The Walkerson event spans two different walks, 10:30 am and 4 pm.

The Campus Morning Walk will be held first. Students and teachers roam high school, with each classroom aiming to raise $ 100.

From 4 pm, a walk at the Cotton Picker Stadium will be open to the public.

Closing ceremony is scheduled for 8 pm
